I’ve been a little silent since the inspiring one-year anniversary show on 9/2/2011 with my friend and fellow blog talk radio personality, Robert Wesley Branch. I figure the only reason is that I’m pondering direction and allowing my creative flow to catch up with my ambitious spirit.
“The Meaning in Our Milestones” was the title of that show, and I have to admit that Robert’s appearance on the show left a lasting impression on me. There is a fire burning inside of me that is fueling my passion and I know that it is shaping this insatiable vision that I have to expand the G. D. Grace footprint.
I’ve written and self-published 5 books within a year, and am working on #6 as we speak, so I suppose I am standing in the center of yet another set of crossroads. The wonderful thing about investing in your passion is that consistency breeds growth — mentally, spiritually, and progressively.
So, what next? Well, for one thing I am about to embark on another group of shows on “A Touch of Grace”, but in the making is a LOGO that will forever define the concept of my literary endeavors. I’ve been wrestling around with a few designs and, so far, none of them have made the statement of positivity and inspiration I am looking for, so I’ll keep sketching and testing until I get it right.
The greatest thing about this next group of shows is that the authors/artists have reached out to me by requesting to be on the show — not only that, they have shared their visions with me and allowed me the honor of really getting to know who they are and what they stand for.
To me, that is a priceless experience.
So, I suppose over the course of the next few days I will be sending out dates to these future guests and once I have dates confirmed I’ll post the dates and times of those shows.
Now, as far as today is concerned — well, I’ll just do some light networking and enjoy myself listening to my other great love — music!
